that the banks responsibility is to do things to these homes like drain swimming pools so insects and mosquitoes won't accumulate and possibly children getting inside a gate and fall in the pool? Also, pulling weeds around the house? OR do you think it should still be the ex home owners responsibility to do that before they are " kicked out" ? Would you care if this was to happen to you? I need help with laws in Washington state having to do with disabled people and modification loans/foreclosure?
Is there a law in the state of Washington that states that the bank cannot take away a home or put it on foreclosure if a disabled handicapped person lives in that home? If so, where can i find this law?
If banks are as concerned as they say they are about foreclosures, why don't they just lower the payments?

My condo neighbor has had a tough few months. Her spouse got up and left her with a 6 and a5 year old She quit working before her first was born, has no " professional" skills or qualifications... she worked as a cashier at Walgreens Get this. The ex to be isn't paying the mortgage. He told her to " get a job" and pay for it herself. She can not affort a mortgage on a $350K condo.. and this guy's name is listed on the title. He is so stupid to do this. Now this I saw this gal crying yesterday and she said something about forclosure. She had NO friends, or family and her ex's family in laws have all but abandoned her. How can I make her problems not mine with her needing someone to listen to her?I do not want to get emotionally wrapped in this. I have my own life with a disabled husband at home. I can listen, I am asking.. how do I not make her problems mine? Like worrying about her and that kind of stuff simpleton
