I need help with laws in Washington state having to do with disabled people and modification loans/foreclosure?
Is there a law in the state of Washington that states that the bank cannot take away a home or put it on foreclosure if a disabled handicapped person lives in that home? If so, where can i find this law?

that the banks responsibility is to do things to these homes like drain swimming pools so insects and mosquitoes won't accumulate and possibly children getting inside a gate and fall in the pool? All of the websites that I have found listing foreclosures request a fee. The problem is that most of the information is outdated and the houses list the 2nd mortgage, not the actual cost of purchasing.Are there any that are legitimate? I need your help p.s. I only one that I have found is usa foreclosure. It works fine but doesn't cover enough foreclosures.

I'm 16 years of age.I faced this before when I was in 8th grade.I'm in it again.I was once homeless.My normal life is always hyper and giddy.I live off of photography, but for the last months, my friends noticed that I never even get involved with photography anymore.I'm extremely depressed for a 16 year old.Give me tips and words to move on please.I'm not emo. I'm just down now. Just need a bit of a foundationxTracker2k9 it's not a block that I have.I never run out of ideas.I'm saying that economy and foreclosure is affecting me so much that at a very young age, I don't even keep in touch with things that I alwys enjoyed.And where I'm at, teenagers do not have jobs because everyone else has them.One of my only optiosn to make good money is prostitution.
