Question: Whats the online site where you can check peoples criminal record?

last summer i got a ticket cuz i got out of a parking lot with my light off and i went to court and my ticket was dismissed cuz i had i learn record, the judge gave me a break... so i wanna see if that would be on their site... do driving tickets even count ??
